What you get

  • You know what to work on.

The diagnostic places your level on the exam's 20 competencies. Each day, your questions are chosen where you need them most; you can also pick a competency yourself.

    Example
    • “Review and process prescriptions”: still short of its target.
    • “Comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements”: no attempt so far.
  • You understand every mistake.

Every option, right or wrong, has its explanation. After each set, the session review (the summary of the set) names the cause of every mistake: inattention, calculation, knowledge to revisit, time.

    Example

    Calculation error14 s

A calculation trap worked. Calculation questions reward 20 seconds of reverse-checking.

  • You train in exam conditions.

200 questions in 4 h 30: about 81 seconds per question, and the time of every answer is measured. Mock exams use questions you have never seen in training.

    Example

    Right answer2 min 40

    budget ≈ 1 min 21actual time 2 min 40

Correct answer, 2 min 40 — the budget is about 1 min 21. This competency must become a reflex: back into rotation it goes.

Try it yourself

Real questions from the bank. Choose an answer: you will read the explanation of each of the four options.

Question 1 of 3

Machine translation — French is the authored text; human review is still to come.

While refilling the inhaled corticosteroid prescription of a 7-year-old boy with asthma, you observe his technique: he uses his metered-dose inhaler alone, without a spacer, and actuates it after he has finished inhaling; his mother confirms that "half the product is wasted."

What is the most appropriate intervention?

Your answer

Machine translation — French is the authored text; human review is still to come.

A patient presents a new amoxicillin prescription. The patient profile lists "allergy: penicillin," with no further detail, and the patient confirms "a childhood allergy."

What should the pharmacist do first?

Your answer

Machine translation — French is the authored text; human review is still to come.

Mrs. T., 68 years old, has been stabilized on warfarin for two years (target INR 2.0–3.0, last INR: 2.4). She presents a new prescription for sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim for an uncomplicated urinary tract infection.

What is the most appropriate pharmacist intervention?

Your answer

This is what you read after every question. The diagnostic tells you which competencies to practise next.

How it works, in detail

Built on the official exam blueprint

The blueprint (the official plan of the exam, published by the PEBC) sets 6 domains, 20 competencies, and the weight of each domain. Every RxSprint question is tied to one of these competencies, including those added in 2026: equity, diversity and inclusion; patient safety.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will pass. The readiness index (our estimate of your level) reads in three zones: building, progressing, confidence zone. It is a marker for deciding what to work on, not an exam result.

Frequently asked questions

Other banks have 4,000 questions. What about you?

Compare what a question contains. Here, each one explains its four options: you know why the right one is right, and why the others are wrong. The bank grows every week, in the exam's proportions.

How do you know I am ready?

We do not, and we say so. The index combines four measures — blueprint coverage, mock exams, regularity, time management — and returns a verdict in zones. It will gain accuracy with the first real results.

Are your questions verified?

Every question carries its provenance and its review chain. Part of them have not yet been reviewed by a pharmacist: the transparency page says so, and every question can be flagged in one gesture.

Does it replace a course?

No. It is training and diagnosis: it tells you what to review, and in which conditions to work.

Why French?

Because the exam is taken in it, and nobody serves it. The English version exists, flagged wherever a translation is automatic.

Can I choose what I work on?

Yes. By default, the day's sprint chooses for you, where you need it most. From your map, you can also start a set on the competency of your choice. Only mock exam questions cannot be chosen: they are kept apart, so that the mock exam truly measures your level.

What is a Réflexes series?

It is a short set of questions whose answer should come without hesitation: core knowledge, across all competencies, with the timer visible. If you fall into the same trap several times (a confused unit, a half-read stem), the set tells you and makes you work on it again. You start it whenever you want.

How much does it cost?

The Discovery tier is free, no card: the starting diagnostic, the index and a sprint of ten questions a day. Full access is a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription, with a seven-day trial without a card; invited pioneers keep the access they were granted. Refund within 14 days, cancellation in a few clicks.
