Subscription terms
Version of September 12, 2026.
1. Purpose
The subscription opens full access to RxSprint for the paid period: today's sprint without a cap, the timed blocks and the mock exam, behind the pedagogical gate that applies to everyone. The Discovery tier stays free, with or without a subscription.
2. Plans and prices
Three plans: monthly (one month), quarterly (three months), annual (twelve months). The price is the one shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, in Canadian dollars; it is repeated on the summary before payment and in the copy of the contract you receive by email.
3. Taxes
No tax is charged while RxSprint is a small supplier under the tax laws. Should that change, prices are shown “plus taxes” before it applies, never on a charge already announced.
4. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, on the date stated on the summary and in “My subscription”, until cancelled. You consent to it through a box, never pre-ticked, before the first payment.
5. Cancellation
You cancel at any time from “My subscription”, in a few clicks, at no charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: full access runs until then, and the account returns to the Discovery tier with all its history.
6. Refund
Within fourteen days of the first payment of a subscription, you may ask for a refund, unconditionally, by writing to hello@rxsprint.ca. The refund goes to the payment method used and ends the subscription.
7. Trial
The seven-day trial opens the sprint without a cap and the timed blocks, without a card, once per person. It ends on its own, with no charge. Subscribing during the trial costs nothing before the trial ends.
8. Pioneer price
A pioneer price, when offered, applies to the first year; renewal is at the current price, stated before purchase.
9. Change of plan
You change plan from the payment portal; the difference is prorated over the current period.
10. Failed payment
If a renewal is not paid, full access stays open for seven days, the time to update the payment method; after that, it closes until payment.
11. Change of price or terms
A change of price or of these terms applies only from the next renewal. It is announced to you in writing at least thirty days before, with the right to cancel at no charge before it applies.
12. Payment and data
Payments are processed by Stripe; RxSprint never sees nor keeps your card. What Stripe receives is stated in the privacy policy.
13. Operator and governing law
The service is operated by RxSprint, reachable at hello@rxsprint.ca. These terms are governed by the law of Quebec; nothing here reduces the rights the Consumer Protection Act grants you.
