Terms of use
Version of September 10, 2026.
1. Purpose
RxSprint is a training and diagnostic service for PEBC preparation: it validates your knowledge and trains you for the multiple-choice qualifying examination (Part I). It is offered as a pioneer version: the service evolves, questions may contain errors, and every question can be reported in one gesture.
2. Account
An account is personal: one person, one verified email, one password known to you alone. You do not share your credentials; you tell us if you believe someone else used them.
3. Rights holder
The service and its content are operated by RxSprint, reachable at hello@rxsprint.ca.
4. Ownership and prohibitions
The content — questions, options, explanations, clinical cases, the taxonomy of traps, texts and interface — is protected by copyright. Three prohibitions apply, with no exception for personal use:
a) Reproduction. No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed or stored, in any form and by any means: screenshot, photograph, print, recording, manual copy, electronic or mechanical process.
b) Artificial intelligence. The content, in whole or in part, may not be used to develop, improve, test, train, fine-tune or operate any artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated decision system, nor be supplied as input to such a system, including to obtain an answer, a translation or a summary from it.
c) Exception. Only prior written permission from the rights holder, requested at hello@rxsprint.ca, may lift one of these prohibitions.
5. Content and artificial intelligence
Our questions and explanations are written with the help of artificial intelligence systems, on the basis of the official examination blueprint and public sources, then subjected to automated checks and human review. Despite these checks, an error may remain. The content is neither medical, pharmaceutical nor legal advice; it replaces neither the official documentation, nor the monographs, nor the guidelines in force. You remain responsible for verifying any information before using it in your practice.
6. Contributions
A report, a comment or a review you submit may be used to correct and improve the content. A reviewer authorises the display of their name and the date of their review on the questions they reviewed.
7. No guarantee of result
The service guarantees neither success at the examination nor a score. The readiness index is a heuristic estimate, presented as such; it is not a probability of passing. The service trains examination-taking skills; it is not a mental health tool and makes no clinical claim.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the rights holder is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on the content, nor for indirect damages related to the use or unavailability of the service.
9. Suspension
In case of breach of these terms, in particular of article 4, the account may be closed without notice; the rights holder's remedies are reserved.
10. Changes
These terms carry a dated version. A new version is presented to you at your next sign-in and must be accepted to continue; the accepted versions and their dates are kept.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada.
